I have been wanting to ink up this little Santa, and Lesley's Challenge over at Merry Monday, was to have Santa on our cards. Perfect! My coloring is so bad, I will need to work on that.
The sketch this week is from The Paper Players. I turned my sketch vertical, and I like it! but I had to move the Sentiment.

More Manly cards!!!!
I am really happy with myself this year, I have challenged myself to make more masculine cards, and I am actually doing it!! I have made 3 in the last two days!
I found the sketch over at Unscripted Sketches which also included some stitching (I love stitching!!!). And, the challenge over at THe Paper Players was for a masculine card, bingo!
I am having a lot of trouble with my paper piercing mat pack, I have discovered its not Straight!!!! The dots are not evenly spaced :( It dips in the middle :( very disappointing, anyone else's do this?

Christmas is coming!!!
Now that Halloween is over and my daughter is feeling much better after having bronchitis and strep throat, I am hoping to get some more Christmas projects finished before Christmas Eve!!! There are only 38 days left until Christmas Day!!! I can't believe it! November is going to fly by, and soon, December will be here and hopefully some snow :) We haven't had any snow as of yet. We have had only some flurries. I am ready for some snow though.
Anyways on to my post. I searched the net and found the Mojo Monday sketch, but dumb me wasn't looking at the date and did last weeks sketch!! LOL...oops....
So I have two cards today.....
One for Paper Player color challenge of Always Artichoke, Riding Hood Red, and River Rock(which I don't have).......and I paired it up for Sweet Sunday Sketch!
Have a great day! Thanks for stopping in.

Mojo Monday & Pals Paper Arts Challenge
Two in one this week. I loved the sketch from the Mojo Monday Challenge, and The Pals Paper Arts Challenge was to emboss! Something I always LOVE to do to my cards, is to emboss.
This is my Grammie-in-law's birthday card. She is turning 91. I know she likes flowers, so went with the Bold Blossom Stamp set. I love Sale-a-bration!!!!! I received this stamp set free!! I used Concord Crush, and Pear Pizzazz, two of my favorite colors, and added some Melon Mambo for the flowers and sentiment. The Sentiment is from the Create-a cupcake stamp set.
All Stampin' Up! materials.
Thanks for stopping by.

Here is my card:
The inside of the card, I usually don't decorate inside, but I thought it looked too plain with so much going on, on the front of the card.

Blue Christmas with Big Shot
I purchased the Big Shot about 2 months ago, along with the famous Top Note. I LOVE that die. And, after reading about how Mary Fish did this with her Big Shot, I was a fan immediately. I love the versatility of the die. I did some patchwork with some Blueberry Crisp DSP, ran it through the Big Shot, and then turned it 90 degrees, and ran it through again to create the shape in the middle! Love love love it!!!! I can't wait to make some more Christmas Cards with this template with some cherry cobbler and DSP to match :) I'll let you know how that goes with pictures of my results.
I have entered this card in The Paper Players Challenge PP27 - A Christmas Theme. The challenge was to make and share a Christmas Card, and voila!
I have also entered it in the Stampin Royalty Challenge #49!
