Cutting it close for Freshly Made Sketches Challenge blog this week!

I decided to check out the Color Throwdown for a color scheme, and I absolutely love how this turned out.

I used Night of Navy, Black, and Summer starfruit and Daffodil Delight.

I can't believe it's been almost 3 months since I last blogged! yikes.

Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week is so elegant I wanted to go with the flower from the new SAB set. I love this flower.

Thank you card

I haven't been in my "studio" all week! I was very anxious to have an hour or so tonight to be able to get a card in for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge. I went with the new In Colors from Stampin' Up! using the new DSP too!! I love it. But who doesn't? I am just so happy with the result.

Card box & Coordinating Cards

I love making these little gift boxes for my friends and family. This one however was for a neighbor who wanted some cards made for her friends! So she gave me the colors, one box of blue tones, and one box of yellow/green tones. So I immediately went to Stampin' Up! Bashful Blue, and Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz.  All favorite colors of mine. I really hope she likes them! The box is a quick one I made up to fit the cards and envelopes into.  I first made the Blue card for a challenge I found on the net, so I just made up 5 more for my neighbor!

Long summer.....lots of thank you's

It been quite the summer around here.  Vacation was great! Came home to a new house to move into, and school starting! The summer went by so fast. I am busy making some thank you's up to send out to people that helped us, or baked for us. So I came up with this one.
