This sketch is from Cardabilities blog challenge. Great versatile sketch that can be used over and over. I used all Stampin' Up! material and tools to create this little card for a special couple. The colors are so boyish, greys, blues, black and white. Perfect for a little guy. I added the little hearts on the side using two different style punches I have and added some stitching.
Thanks for stopping by.

baby shower Owl!
I needed a card for a baby shower, and I thought a cute owl would work. I got the template off the internet such a long time ago, I don't know where it came from now! If someone knows, please let me know, i'd love to give them credit. Such an adorable little owl.

Baby card....some different for me!
I fell in love with this little giraffe I seen on Rochelle's blog last week, and I have been thinking about how she made it, and I think I got it! at least, I like my little tweaks! check out her stuff, its so cute!!! So thanks Rochelle for the inspiration!
This is different for me, trying punch art like this. I think this maybe be the third time I have tried it and really liked it. Let me know what you think. I did a reindeer at Christmas time with the owl punch too, same as my little giraffe.
I am entering this into two challenges. One I found over at Our Creative Corners. The challenge was to create a card from two elements in a picture. I love the cakes, so I wanted to mimic their shapes, and the colors were beautiful! and the other element was the colors! I grabbed So Saffron, Soft Suede and a touch of Riding Hood Red, and Vanilla Cardstock. Plus, part of the challenge was to push it a bit farther and make it a baby theme!! But, as I was looking for a sketch, I found the PERFECT one that mimicked a cake sitting on a pedestal like in the picture over at Create with Connie and Marie!!!
I hope you like my card.
Thanks for stopping in. I'll probably take a better picture tomorrow in daylight :)

Spin off of Bienvenue, Baby!
Another baby card today, playing along with the challenge over at Simply Less is More. The challenge is to create a card Predominately Purple! I went with Wisteria Wonder as my purple, adding a bit of Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz.
Thanks for stopping in.

Bienvenue, baby!
This card certainly gave me a headache today! I fiddled so much with it, and I am finally happy. I couldn't get the papers right, I couldn't decide on what the focus would be on, it just wasn't working today. Until tonight. It just dawned on me what it should be like, so Voila! A card for my neighbour maybe, or one of the other 11 people I know pregnant this year!!!
I am entering this in the challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches. Be sure and check them out and join them! It's so much fun to have a sketch to start with :) I glued the two strips of white paper to my card, but it needed something in the middle, so I put a small piece of Nursery Sweet DSP in the middle. It still looks like the sketch, kinda....And, of course I rotated the sketch. I am really loving the portrait style at the moment. My last 10 cards or so have been portrait!!
Thanks for stopping in.
